Common Questions
Answered before you have to ask.
These are the questions families most often bring to the admissions conversation.
What grades does Anoor Academy serve?
Anoor Academy serves grades 1 through 8, with open enrollment through the school year. If you are unsure which grade fits your child, the admissions team will help you place them.
Is Anoor Academy a full-time Islamic school?
Yes. Islamic studies, Quran, and Arabic are core parts of the academic day alongside English Language Arts, Mathematics, Science, and Social Studies. Faith and character are woven throughout school life, not separated from it.
What are the school hours?
Contact us for current school hours. We are happy to walk you through the daily schedule.
How does the admissions process work?
Start by submitting the inquiry form below. The admissions team will follow up to answer your questions, discuss fit, and share the next steps, including any documentation or visit requirements.
Is there a bus or transportation service?
Yes. Bus transportation is available for Anoor Academy families and is included with tuition. Submit an inquiry and mention your area so the team can confirm the route for your family.
Do you accept students mid-year?
Yes. Enrollment stays open through the year, and families are welcome to join mid-year as space allows. Submit an inquiry with your preferred start date and the team will take it from there.
What is the tuition structure?
Tuition for the 2026-2027 school year is 7,500 dollars per student and includes bus transportation. Payment schedules and family circumstances are discussed in the admissions conversation. See the Tuition page for the full picture.
How many students are in a class?
Classes run 10 to 12 students. Small groups are deliberate: they are what allow a teacher to know every child by name and to notice quickly when a student needs more support or more challenge.
What subjects do students take?
Every student takes English Language Arts, Mathematics, Science and Social Studies alongside Quran, Arabic and Islamic Studies. The Islamic subjects are part of the ordinary school day for all students rather than a separate track or an after-school addition.
Is there a dress code?
Modest dress is required for all students. Boys wear long pants. Girls wear long sleeves, long pants and hijab. See the dress code page for the full guidance.
Is Anoor Academy a nonprofit? Can I donate?
