For the 2026-2027 school year, the ESTF program provides $7,634 toward approved education expenses for eligible South Carolina students, with income eligibility reaching up to 500 percent of the federal poverty guidelines. Eligibility, timelines, and applications are handled by the South Carolina Department of Education, and program seats are limited each year.
